Western Rye Guide uses third-party advertising scripts on eligible content pages. An advertisement may appear after the main answer and key guide entry, between complete content sections, or near the end of a longer page. Every placement is labeled “Advertisement.”
Editorial independence
Advertising does not determine which games, pages, claims, sources, routes, or recommendations are published. Advertisers do not review the guide before publication. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Western Rye Guide, Nixalon Studios, Steam, or any cited video creator.
Placement limits
- Advertisements never appear in the site navigation or before the core player answer.
- Short, normal, and long pages use density limits of one, two, or three placements respectively.
- The final display placement chooses one 728×90 desktop unit or one 320×50 mobile unit, never both for the same viewport.
- Privacy, Sources, About, Advertising Disclosure, and error pages remain ad-free.
Cookies and external destinations
Advertising providers may use browser storage or device information and may link to third-party destinations. Review the Privacy Policy for the data boundary. Use caution before entering personal or payment information on any external site.
Reporting a problem
If an advertisement overlaps content, redirects unexpectedly, appears deceptive, or prevents access to a guide, record the page URL, device size, time, and a screenshot. Report it through the public repository so the placement can be reviewed or disabled.
